The silence of nature has many sounds and yet full of peace for soul and senses it drips in softly and unnoticed until our hearts ring a silver tone right with her. When we start again to think about things in the world and to interpret them we notice a power, like that of herbs has come into us and calmly makes us love. There are many now who never hear this sound: they miss the attentive and the delicate as someone who did not have a mother as a child. But the time to come will teach people again to be happy under her chords and drive out from their blood the fever of the city. . .
